Customer Solutions Specialist:

TVP has immediate openings in our Bend, OR office. We are a tech startup focused on engineering software for the residential and light commercial industry.

We are a fast-moving, lean team preparing for multiple product launches of industry-changing software staggered over the next 6 months. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll be on the front lines, answering phones, managing to support tickets and helping to build the framework for our Operations team. This is an opportunity to combine your customer-focused attitude along with your initiative and ingenuity to create strong customer relationships, and to support the rapid company growth with ideas and execution of process improvements, quality assurance enhancements and more. You won't just be a voice on the phone to customers at Vitruvius. You will be helping design and create an entire Customer Support network within Operations.

Some of the cool stuff you’ll be doing:

  • Executing tactical plans and initiatives that exceed customer expectations via phone, email and chat resulting in increased customer satisfaction and team satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that customers are using the product correctly and assist them when help is needed.
  • Utilizing our internal ticketing system to manage customer issues, streamline processes and to gather and report valuable data.
  • Identifying potential frictions in the customer journey and then adding input to the product roadmap to make these friction points known and prioritized for resolution.
  • Proposing process improvements to reduce churn and build loyalty as a leader in our industry.
  • Providing quantifiable customer feedback while collaborating with members of the team to ensure that the voice of the customer is at the center of the company’s business strategy.
