Full Time Customer Support Specialist:

The Vitruvius Project has an immediate opening for a Customer Support position in our Bend, OR office. This is an entry level position. Due to the specific nature of our industry we will train someone with the right attitude, to ensure that they meet the needs of the company, culture and our customers.

The successful candidate will have an interest in:
  • Customer Support, Office Management, Bookkeeping, Payroll
  • Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related industries is a bonus
  • Live interactions with a national user base

Candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • B.S. and an active P.E. in at least one state
  • 5+ years of structural design experience
  • Strong background in steel, concrete, masonry, wood, retaining walls, lateral design, etc.
  • Preferred M.S. in Structural Engineering, or S.E.
  • Preferred ability to program mathematical methods in at least one language
  • Live in, or be willing to relocate to Central Oregon within an acceptable time frame
